The short version
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
- Your browser talks only to our own domain — no third-party requests.
- The only personal data we process is the email address you voluntarily give our waitlist form.

The waitlist email address
If you join the waitlist, we use your email address for exactly one purpose: sending you updates about ScuteSense, including when our games become available. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form and confirmed via double opt-in — you are only subscribed after clicking the confirmation link we email you.
Addresses are stored with our email-service provider, not on this website, and are never sold or shared for advertising.
Our email-service provider isButtondown(Buttondown, LLC, USA). We chose it for its data-minimal approach: it receives only your email address, and we keep open- and click-tracking switched off. Addresses are stored on Buttondown's servers in the United States; this transfer is covered by our data-processing agreement with Buttondown, which incorporates the EU standard contractual clauses. Unsubscribing
Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes your address from the list; you can also withdraw consent at any time by emailingsupport@scutesense.com, and we will delete your address.
Server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare's global network. To serve the site and protect it against attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, the requested URL, and browser metadata. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating this website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement, and Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; seeCloudflare's privacy policy for details.
We keep no access logs of our own: the site has no analytics, and our hosting plan exposes no per-visitor log files to us. The one exception is rate limiting on the waitlist endpoint, which holds your IP address in short-lived server memory for at most ten minutes to block automated abuse — it is never written to storage or logs.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
