The short version

• This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
• Your browser talks only to our own domain — no third-party requests.
• The only personal data we process is the email address you voluntarily give our waitlist form.

Who we are

The waitlist email address

If you join the waitlist, we use your email address for exactly one purpose: sending you updates about ScuteSense, including when our games become available. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form and confirmed via double opt-in — you are only subscribed after clicking the confirmation link we email you.

Addresses are stored with our email-service provider, not on this website, and are never sold or shared for advertising.

TODO: name the email-service provider, link their privacy policy and data-processing agreement, and state the storage location/region.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes your address from the list; you can also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us directly, and we will delete your address.

Server logs

TODO: describe hosting-provider request logs (IP addresses, retention period) once the production hosting configuration is final.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
